A herbaceous Saison of open fermentation, celebrating the return of the sun.
Located on the Côte d'Opale in Attin, we celebrate the terroir of Hauts-de-France. Inspired by pre-industrial brewing expertise, our brews ferment slowly under the influence of wild yeasts and time.
Each season, we blend barrels from the cellar. As it was said in the past, we "finish" our beers.
Our workshop is located in Beaurainville, while our orchard and headquarters are in Attin, on the Côte d'Opale. Send a message before dropping by!
